When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-8 working hours from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery will take 2 to 7 working days.

Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

No, the prices displayed on our website are the final amount you pay—no hidden charges. Our warehouse is located in Spain.
