Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return Policy

1. General Returns

The cost of returning products will be covered by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Faults in the product that are not due to misuse.

  • Damage caused during transport (such as impacts, breakages, etc.).

If the customer chooses to return the product after receiving it, the return shipping costs will be at their expense. Shipping costs depend on the location and the courier service used.

2. Returns Due to Transport Issues

If the product has visible damage caused during transport, the customer must:

  • Notify us of the issue by sending an email to help@revosia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Attach clear evidence, such as photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Postcode

  • Delivery date

These details will be sent to the courier company for evaluation. The courier has up to 60 days to issue a resolution.

Once the resolution has been received and approved by the courier, we offer the following options:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement with a new product

Important: Until we receive an official resolution from the courier, we cannot proceed with a refund or replacement.

3. Claims Process & Response Time

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Postcode

  • Delivery date

Our team is committed to responding within 72 working hours.

4. General Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories.

  • If the return does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to reject the request.
