Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

At our online store, we strive to offer high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully before proceeding:

1. General Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • Product defects not caused by misuse.

  • Issues arising during shipping (damage, breakage, etc.).

If the customer does not wish to keep the product after receiving it, return shipping costs, handling fees, and warehouse expenses will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the courier service used.

2. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If the product shows visible damage caused during shipping, the customer must:

  • Notify us by emailing help@revosia.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear evidence, such as photos of the packaging and damaged product.

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Postal code

  • Delivery date

This evidence will be sent to the shipping company for evaluation. The shipping company has up to 60 days to issue a resolution.

Once the shipping company’s resolution is received and approved, we offer the following options:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement product

Important: Until we receive an official resolution from the shipping company, we cannot process refunds or replacements.

3. Claims Process & Response Time

All return requests or claims must be sent to help@revosia.com.

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Postal code

  • Delivery date

Our team commits to responding within 72 business hours.

4. General Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories.

  • If requirements are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return.
